Sans Forgetica is a font that's hard to read, but will boost your memory

RMIT University in Melbourne revealed Sans Forgetica, a new custom-designed font that, according to its creators, helps readers retain what they read.
The clunky, hard-to-read sans-serif font would probably be considered a bad design by typographers, but Sans Forgetica is functional because of the inelegance of its letterform.
RMIT claims that Sans Forgetica is the world’s first font designed to boost and improve memory and uses a learning principle called ‘desirable difficulty’ to achieve results.
