Circuit: 30sec on/10sec off
- Bike
- Deadball slams
- KettleBell Swings
x 4 rounds
10x Trx Band Knee to Chest
5x Trx Band Pikes
x 3 rounds
8 e/l x Barbell Single Leg Dead Lift (3 rounds)
Finisher:
- 10x Half burpees
- 10x Froggy squat pulses
x 3 rounds with no break and than complete twice

Choc Granola: (Measurements could be wrong because we just eyeballed it hehe)
1 1/2 cups of Buckini Kurnells (can also add rolled oats *optional*)
1 cup of shaved coconut
1/4 cup of cranberries
40g Well Naturally Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
2 Tbls Melted Coconut oil
Sugar free Maple Syrup for sweetness (as much as you like)
*Mix it all together and spread across a lined flat baking tray than place in freezer to set and cluster together. Keep in container in fridge once set*
