#NoKidsInCages installations popped up around New York City

Provocative, moving #NoKidsInCages installations are popping up around NYC today, many outside media outlets, depicting migrant "children" in cages, using recorded audio of real kids crying.

The installation outside of the New York Times was ripped apart prior to the arrival of NYPD officers.

Investigators were on scene speaking with NYT staff.
