Gen. Borja informs Brig. Gen. Oligario that a Pulang Araw defector named Homer is orchestrating the bombings and framing the rebel group. Upon learning that Homer is responsible for her son's death, Brig. Gen. Oligario agrees to use NMIG's resources to hunt down Homer's group.
