Picard: Uniforms, Theories and Setting

Star Trek Picard has dropped a trailer, so I have to talk about it!
Speculation, theories and looking at the uniform designs. This is all looking like a familiar Trek.
I'm expecting it to be a more personal tale than a galaxy-spanning epic but probably setting up a new wave of Star Trek.
In this video I examine the Countdown comic, Picard's connection to Romulus and how that seems to have affected him after its destruction.
