Daniel Pantaleo's Partner Admitted To Falsifying Police Report To Exaggerate Eric Garner's Crime

Daniel Pantaleo partner, Police Officer Justin Damico admitted to falsifying a police report to exaggerate Eric Garner's crime.

Garner would have had to have 10,000 cigarettes on him for the trumped up charge in the police report to for it to be accurate.

Garner actually only had 5 packs of cigarettes on him at the time of his encounter with Pantaleo and other NYPD officers in 2014.
