What is a Belief Session?
The Belief Session is an interactive core messaging workshop designed to uncover and articulate the shared belief, purpose, and values of an organization—the organization’s true differentiation. Uncovering and articulating these fundamental elements ensures everyone in the company is working from the same foundation, and more importantly, heading in the same direction, inciting new energy for the future and aligning the organization’s communicators around a true shared narrative. The Belief Session is the first step in establishing an effective strategy for operationalizing truth and communicating to your audience in a way that inspires them to action—whether it’s your first time in the marketplace or you need to breathe new life into your marketing and communications.

Why is a Belief Session important for my business?
The Belief Session creates alignment, internally among employees and externally for the market. More often than not, you and your team have been circling your belief. The Belief Session helps you land the plane with a shared language for why and what you’re doing as a business—and ultimately, why people should care. The Belief Session is meant to uncover meaning, not manufacture it. When you know and can articulate your belief, you’ll know how to make decisions that result in your organization’s actions.

Individuals—particularly executives or people whose job requires strategic vision-casting and public communication—often find a personal Belief Session helpful. Leaders at an inflection point in their career (such as having been recently appointed to a prominent position, or when considering future career options) may consider investing in a personal Belief Session as a way of clarifying their personal beliefs and determining how to articulate them clearly.
