Wanna be my lover/Fitness/aerobics/intense movements/ Welcome to my channel and first weight loss video. My goal is to be 120 lbs by doing fitness cardio workouts by combineing different dances /aerobics/and just having fun. You don't have to copy my moves my point to show it will work as long as you keep up.

Calories burned in 4 mins 31. Not much but I did a full hour the day before on a tore my calf muscles. Which burned 467 calories plus did some weights (100 cal) and brisk walking uphill on the treadmill (250 cals). Total 848 in one day.

No negative remarks that is not the point of the video if you don't have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. If you don't know anything about dance, fitness, cardio, or weight training then don't say rude remarks until you know as much as someone that does know what they are doing.
