It's new playthrough time! Said playthrough is of Nachos and Fried Oreos, a new hack made by GbreezeSunset and MiracleWater. An interesting thing about this hack is that it warrants several difficulty levels, as well as the optional Sadistic Mode (which I am using in this playthrough), which makes your lives unincreasable. So that's cool.
