Former WWE Universal Champion, Finn Balor recently took to Twitter and posted a very cryptic tweet regarding former WWE World Champion and All Elite Wrestling's MVP signee, Chris Jericho. Having signed with the WWE in 2014, Finn Balor has established himself as one of the hottest Pro Wrestlers' in the US, having competed in New Japan Pro Wrestling during most of his career. During his time with NJPW, Balor was part of the legendary Bullet Club stable and having signed with NXT, the man formerly known as Prince Devitt, became the longest reigning NXT Champion before eventually being called up to the main roster. In 2016, Balor once again made history when he became the first-ever WWE Universal Champion, however, due to an unfortunate injury, 'The Demon King' had to relinquish a day later.The heart of the matter On January 1st, 2019, Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks officially announced the inauguration of their very own wrestling promotion, All Elite Wrestling. Having partnered up with The Khan Family, the three members of The Elite soon announced the signing of superstars such as Pac, Britt Baker, and more importantly former six-time WWE World Champion, Chris Jericho. Ever since the inception of AEW, several rumors have flooded the internet claiming that a few chosen WWE superstars are likely to jump ship from one company to the other and eventually pen a deal with AEW. The likes of The Revival, AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler, and even multi-time World Champion, Randy Orton are all rumored to be on AEW's watchlist. However, it is Finn Balor of all people who has now posted a very cryptic tweet in regards to him possibly being the one big WWE star who could eventually jump ship from WWE to AEW. After all, All Elite Wrestling reportedly offered an 'outstanding offer' to a certain WWE star and with Balor posting a photo with Chris Jericho, we could only think and figure out what the possibilities from here onwards are. As of right now, Finn Balor is engaged in a heated feud with Intercontinental Champion, Bobby Lashley on Raw and it looks like the two men could very well have a singles match for the IC Title at WrestleMania 35, considering neither men have John Cena WWE Channel
