This is a multi-purpose truck bed rack for the 2016- Toyota Tacoma Gen3 Pickup Trucks, this includes all cab types; standard, access, double cab. This rack is for the Tacoma equipped with the bed rail tracks. Models equipped with the tri-fold bed cover are excluded even if the cover is removed. XK4B Adaptor kit is included to mount to the Utility Track.
The Thule 500XTB - Xsporter Pro Multi-Height Aluminum Truck Rack w/Load Stops is a 32 position, height adjustable truck bed rack system thoughtfully designed to maximize the load capacity of pickup trucks. Carry long loads that extend over the cab or lower the bars for shorter loads allowing convenient lower loading. The minimum height for short bed models is 22 inches from the bed rail to the top of the load bar, maximum height is 29 inches.
Beautifully constructed with reinforced 6000 series aluminum to provide strength to carry up to 400 pounds. The Thule 500XTB Xsporter Pro is fully secured to the truck to deter theft. All four adjustable uprights lock in place and the complete rack locks to the bed rail for total security. A set of four key matched Thule lock cylinders is included. A lock cylinder is used for the adjustable uprights and locks the bases to the bed rail.
AirTrip and WindDiffuser technology provide superior aerodynamics with low wind drag and ultra quiet performance. The Thule Xsporter Pro holds up to 400 pounds of cargo evenly distributed between the two 71 inch wide load bars. Construction quality is first rate with high strength 6000 aluminum uprights and load bars. The fasteners are high-grade stainless steel.
Included with the Thule 500XTB Xsporter Pro are a set of four (4) load stops. These load stops utilize the T-track channel that runs the length of the load bar. With this mounting system, the load stops can be placed anywhere along the top of the bar without any interference of the racks mounting hardware. Compatible with most Thule carriers and accessories, though some may require Xadapt adapters which are sold separately as needed.
