During this episode, I want to share with you, beautiful ladies out there, the most amazing way to be independent. It is to travel overseas, alone by yourself!
I know solo travel can sound a bit scary to some of you. You are alone in the foreign land, and you don’t know whether you are going to encounter bad guys, or will you accidentally fall sick or lose your wallet and feel helpless. But trust me, once you start experiencing it yourself, you will feel that the world is actually not so scary. In fact, it’s a beautiful place full of kind people. I remember once when I was travelling to Taiwan Tainan alone and I got lost. I asked for direction on the street, and a lady voluntarily gave me a ride to the university I wanted to visit.
when I was in Japan traveling alone during exchange, I also met so many kind people. I believe in every country, there are bad people, but most people are kind and helpful. If you want to start with somewhere really safe, start with Japan first!
During this trip to Japan, I decide to challenge myself further to stay in hostel instead of hotel. The energy of hostel is just vibrant and young, and I hope to meet new friends too. So here are some snippets of me staying in this hostel in Akihabara Tokyo.
