At Omuta city zoo in Japan, we trim Rin the male Giraffe on a regular basis. We got the new machine and we could reduce the time to work on it. That means we can decrease the burden on the animal. It is good to improve animal welfare.

大牟田市動物園では、オスのキリンのリンくんの削蹄を定期的に行っています。今回新たな機械を導入し、削蹄時間が短縮され、動物への負担も軽減できるようになりました。動物福祉の向上にまたひとつ寄与することができました。
