Clarity of Communication is critical in all relationships....not least between a manufacturer and a client. Too much time is wasted on email, conference calls, meetings etc where ambiguity and lack of clarity is the order of the day. An optimum level of clarity is key to saving time, improving qulaity of performance and improving customer service for all manufacturers. We see Clarity of Communication as something that applies equally internally among our staff as well as with our suppliers and customers. We're not perfect but like many things, this isn't about perfection, it is about continuous, unrelenting improvement....
