ABOUT: Police are investigating the man who filmed himself ranting out his car window at a group of cyclists not using the bike path.The man is heard calling the pair 'f***ing d***heads' as he drives past on the empty cycleway, while the two men ride along the narrow road.A spokeswoman for NSW Police told Daily Mail Australia: 'Police are aware of the video and are conducting inquiries', and confirmed driving in a bike lane is against the law - as is driving while filming on a mobile phone.The irate motorist was driving down Swamp Road, between Dunmore and Jamberoo on NSW's south coast, when he came across the two cyclists.'What's the point of us spending this money if you're not going to use it, you f**king d***heads,' he shouted at the pair while zooming down the bike path.'Pull over, so I can have a chat,' one of the cyclists replied.'F*** off, f***ing idiot.use the bike track!' the driver shot back.While many rushed to defend the driver, joking he should be in the running for 'Australian of the Year', a passionate group of cyclists came forward to slam the man for his actions.'This guy yelling out the window is an absolute sausage,' Robin Johannes said.'That is very dangerous, not keeping your eye on the road.I have been riding bikes for 20 years and how dare you speak about us cyclists in such manner, you people don't own the f***ing road.'
