I'm so sorry for this. And aargh, it was my first in such a long time and i f***k it up... Ugh. Anyways, if you sub and like anyway I am very grateful and suprised. Haha.
I promised you that very pretty looking bolgonese recipe so here you have it:
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
1/2 big garlic clove
I White mushroom
30g dehydrated soy mince
1/4 tsp red wine vinegar
1-2 tsp tamari or more to taste
sprinkle of coconut sugar
sprinkle of nooch
basil
200g tomato sauce
1/2 cup vegetable stock
salt and pepper

1. Bring the veggie broth to boil and add the mince. Turn off the heat. Let soak for 10 min.
2. Cook the veggies with basil, coconut sugar and pepper.
3. Add mince with broth, vinegar and tamari
4. Add tomato sauce and cook for about 10 min. Add more water if needed.
I promise you, this actually is really good ok. (:
