hello! Hundreds of photos later and this vid is finally finished. Whilst living in Kathmandu I had the idea to try and make a 'flipbook' style video to commemorate my time there. I took a seemingly endless stream of consecutive photos, ate up all the space in my camera's memory card, and here is the finished result! My camera made a super loud noise every time I took a photo and so I got a few funny stares during the making of this- worth it though!
The photos in this flipbook really encapsulate my experiences living in Kathmandu for five months. Kathmandu is such a crazy, colourful, dusty city and definitely an exciting place to work. I lived with a Nepali family in a little house next to a Buddhist monastery, which you can see towards the end of the video. My brother even makes a cameo from when he came to visit me for two weeks in October!
