Resident Evil 2 - King Statue Puzzle Solution (Contains Red Gemstone)

Greetings Officers
In this video I will be showing you how to solve the King's Statue Hand & Book riddle in order to get the Scepter (and in extend the Red Gemstone). The Book can be found in the Library and the Hand is sitting next to him. Watch the full length for the details.
