N.J. officer narrowly avoids collision with driver under the influence

A Mansfield Township police officer swerved to avoid a driver who drifted into his lane on Route 57 Wednesday, Dec. 26. The driver was arrested for operating his vehicle under the influence and possession of heroin, police said.
