Hubungan Etnik questions are stupid and definitely wont help to achieve unity

Is it just my university or is this what happened all around Malaysia?
Hubungan Etnik are to strengthen the Unity in Malaysia, but is it the Unity of all Malaysian or...?
BTW, the thing that I've mention is literally what came out for my H.E. final exam.
