How to select the school for your kids admission?

I had been in the field of education for the last 12+ years as centre head of the institute, teacher, manager, Director of education company.
For the last 6 months I had come across above question many times from my friends, colleagues etc so I thought to share my knowledge about same with you all by making a video.
