DGP: Large number of militants killed but we don't feel happy with killings

DGP Dilbagh Singh said a large number of terrorists were killed in 2018 but it also reflect the level of violence. He said these are also in fact sad figures are police force doesn't feel good in killing young people. He said 97 counter-insurgency operations were launched and in 83 no collateral damage was done. DGP said presence of ISIS in Kashmir is not that big.
