Fitness in VR (FiVR) presents another episode of 25 Minutes Indoor Cycling Workouts 360 video, built on research developed by department of exercise and sport sciences at the University of Copenhagen. 10-20-30 interval training is a high intensity intervals training - HIIT - where you perform as many reps as possible during one-minute intervals divided into 30,20 and 10 seconds at various intensities.
Cycling Workout Program:
- Warm-up – 7 minutes Easy Intensity
- Workout – repeat 5 times 30 sec. Moderate Intensity, 20 sec. High Intensity, and 10 sec All-Out Intensity
- Recover – 2 minutes Easy Intensity
- Workout – repeat 5 times 30 sec. Moderate Intensity, 20 sec. High Intensity, and 10 sec All-Out Intensity
- Recover – 2 minutes Easy Intensity
- Cooldown – 4 minutes Easy Intensity
