The people have complained, "The Boys" have listened. I have today heard some of the commanders making clear the planned February shutdown will now last only 9 days, running from February 5 to February 14. At the same time, we MUST all join efforts to restore sanity in the struggle; Amba Boys have to once more become the peoples' army that will be both loved and revered by all. Kidnappings for ransom and all other accompanying bad practices have to stop now, today!
