BIG BRUDDA IS NO LONGER MAYOR / KATE NEEDS SURGERY!

Kate, my yellow labrador retriever puppy, needs surgery. I take her to the Veterinarian and subsequently prepare for my local governmental meeting. I served as Mayor for the year of 2018 will no longer be Mayor in 2019. My father, Psycho Dad, has agreed to perform the swearing in ceremony...but I don't think he will be pleased with the result.
