Antioxidants, Aging, & Anabolic Cycles | Protein Is A Micronutrient Part IV

Protein is a vital micronutrient for proper antioxidant and anti-aging processes in the body. While antioxidants in the diet can have a small effect on absorbed reactive oxidative species, it is only through endogenous antioxidants derived from amino acids that our body is able to fight oxidative stress and keep our cells and DNA healthy.
In other words, if you want to age better, your body demands more dietary protein. I also touch on anabolic and catabolic cycles in the body and how to prevent some of the effects of aging associated with protein intake.
My channel, Fontinalis, is about adding ideas to the world and providing viewers with better methods of understanding this crazy universe.
