Protecting kauri in the Bay of Plenty

The majestic and mighty kauri need our protection from kauri dieback disease. The kauri forests in the Bay of Plenty do not have this disease and we need to keep it that way. When heading out to the Bay of Plenty's beautiful forests, remember to scrub, spray, and stay (clean off footwear, use disinfectant, stay on track) when you’re in the forest. Learn more at
